For Friday’s events we’re back to in-person gatherings as we celebrate Arbor Day around the County.
8am – Early Bird Walk at Fiddler’s Creek (Hopewell Township) Friends of Hopewell Valley Open Space Join the Friends of Hopewell Valley Open Space for a casual hike dedicated to spotting our fine feathered friends during the spring migration. All abilities of birders are welcome. Bring a pair of binoculars if you have them, extra binoculars are available for those who don’t. Spaces are limited. To register, click here.
3pm – Lantern Fly Trap Demonstration (Lawrence) Ed Cohen NJ Extension Service will discuss Lantern fly problems and demonstrate how to build a Lantern Fly Trap. (Lawrence Nature Center 481 Drexel Ave, Lawrence)
