Sustainable Princeton is changing it up a little and our Great Ideas Breakfast Series is now the Great Ideas Series. To give the community more options to attend these events, we are going to have one in the morning as usual, one at lunchtime, and one in the evening. As before, the events will be held in the Princeton Public Library Community Room. All events are free and open to the public and light refreshments are served. And to help Princeton reduce the amount of waste we send to our landfill, they are zero-waste events.

Here is what we have lined up for you in 2016:

Title: Sustainable Princeton Visioning Session – We have so many great visions about sustainability in town.  Come hear from the trendsetters about their ideas about a sustainable town and then work together to create a unified vision.

Date: Thursday, 1/28/16
Time: 8:30 – 10:00 AM
Location: Princeton Public Library Community Room

Title: Get to Zero-Waste in 60 Minutes Workshop – It’s easy to say but where do you begin if you want to reduce the amount of waste you and your family produce.  Come hear from some Zero Wasters and then develop an action plan to take home or to work so you can be prepared to take real steps toward change.

Date: Thursday, 2/25/16
Time: 6:30 – 8:00 PM
Location: Princeton Public Library Community Room

Title: Overcoming Barriers to Green Building in Princeton – Solutionaries Wanted

Date: Wednesday, 3/16/15
Time: 12:00 – 1:00 PM
